and the organizer of the Second Annual e-ASEAN Business Council
Meeting in Vietnam.
May I take this opportunity to report to all of you a summary
of what I have done during my term of office from August 3, 2004
to September 25, 2005.

August 3, 2004 at Assumption University of Thailand, Bangna Campus. |

Served as the Moderator for the Ministerial Round Table Discussion
at Shangri-La Hotel in Thailand on August 5, 2005. |

Co-Chaired the Inaugural eABC Meeting with the ASEAN Telecommunication
Ministers (TELMIN) on August 5, 2005 at Shangri-La Hotel in Thailand. |

June 13-16, 2005. |

Chaired the eABC meeting at the Special TELSOM Meeting in Myanmar, July
6, 2005. |

Served as Chairman of the Organizing Committee for “International Conference
on eLearning for Knowledge-Based Society” in Bangkok, August 4-7, 2005. |

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to all of
you for your help and cooperation during my term of office as the
chairman of e-ASEAN Business Council.
It is now a very good time for me to transfer the e-ASEAN Business
Council Chairmanship to the delegate from Vietnam and wish you
the best of luck and success in chairing eABC for the next 12 months
or so.
