Agenda for the First e-ABC Meeting

- Welcome by the President of Assumption University
- Speech by the Outgoing Chairman transferring the Chairmanship to
the
Host country (Thailand)
- The Incoming Chairman thanks the Outgoing Chairman and start chairing
the meeting with the assistance of the new Vice Chair (Vietnam).
- Each delegation proposes topics to be discussed with TELMIN
- Selection of topics, e.g. for 120 minutes with TELMIN, e-ABC
may choose
4-6 topics with 20-30 minutes each.
- Selection of presenters for the chosen topics.
- End of Meeting at 17:00
Notes:
- AU will provide computers with printers, secretarial staff, etc.
- After the meeting, the Chairman will email the chosen topics
and
names of presenters to the Host Country TELMIN secretariat
to inform
TELMIN by August 4th.
