e-ABC Chairman will provide updates to the TELSOM Meeting
on the highlights of the Second e-ABC Meeting (held earlier
in the day) on developments of major activities and the
proposed consultation agenda for the Second TELMIN-e-ABC
Meeting at the Fifth TELMIN in Ha Noi.
